LEWIS HAMILTON FINALLY LOOKS COMFORTABLE AGAIN — AND THE F1 2026 GRID SHOULD BE CONCERNED

Image
The start of the F1 2026 season has already given Formula 1 fans something fascinating to watch — Lewis looking comfortable again. For anyone who followed Lewis closely during the previous generation of ground-effect Formula 1 cars, that sentence alone feels significant. The last few seasons were frustrating at times. The cars didn’t always respond the way Lewis likes. Balance issues, heavy downforce dependency, and unpredictable handling characteristics often worked against his natural driving style. But the new era of Formula 1 may be changing that story. After finishing fourth at the Australian Grand Prix, Lewis walked away from the opening race weekend of the F1 2026 season with genuine positives. The Ferrari looked competitive, the pace was there, and perhaps most importantly, Lewis looked far more comfortable behind the wheel. And according to former Formula 1 driver and veteran analyst Martin Brundle, the new generation of F1 cars could be exactly what Lewis needs. WHO's GONNA WIN IT - PART 2

Image
The season is now fast approaching its conclusion with the Abu Dhabi race this weekend. This will be a back-to-back race weekends, from India to Abu Dhabi in the space of a week. The rush could be seen on TV last weekend as soon as the celebrations were over on the podium, the packers moved in to immediately pack everything to be shipped out. Although it looked to be a long one when we first started early this year, it now seems too fast. I'm dreading the end really, the winter seems too long until March again next year. So, how has the season been then? And most importantly, who is going to win the drivers championship? It was quite open from the start of the year with different drivers winning races and the competition was spread out. Then in the middle of the year, Alonso pulled out ...

HAKKINEN OR BRUNDLE?

Image
Rumours are swirling since Lewis Hamilton announced that Anthony will no longer be his manager and that he is looking for a replacement manager. The rumours are going round saying either Martin Brundle or Mika Hakkinen could take the role. Personally, I like both. Brundle is an ex F1 racer and has raced in various other categories and currently is a commentator on the BBC for Formula One. And a damn good one too. Mika Hakkinen needs no introduction of course. He is the 1998 and 1999 world champion and overall nice guy. Met him a couple of times, great guy to be around. If it was up to me, I'd have Mika manage Lewis.
