Wow, this Belgian GP row has not died down one bit. In fact, it's gotten stronger. Comments from all sides, from fans to drivers to ex-drivers to stewards have been flying all over the place. Today, a statement from one of the stewards shows that the penalty was just based on a FIA"T" ruling that states simply that a car must always be on the track at all times. If a car leaves the track for whatever reason, that car gets a penalty. Simple as that. Their conclusion to the penalty did not have any other factors taken into account. Funny, I seem to remember seeing half a dozen other cars left the track on the opening lap, including Massa. Why don't those other cars get penalties too? I'm glad McLaren are going ahead with the appeal . We've got to show the FIA"T" that they can't push us fans around anymore to protect their sweety FIArrari to keep winning championships until kingdom come. This weekend is the Monza race and the stewards here better...

From after the race to today, the whole F1 world has been abuzz with the FIA"T"s biased decision to hand Lewis Hamilton a 25s penalty in the Belgian GP thereby handing the race win to Felipe Massa, who didn't deserve the win by the way he was driving that day. McLaren are keeping their cool and trying to prepare for the next race at Monza, FIArrari's home ground, where they thrashed FIArrari last year, by the way. Meanwhile, it seems that the stewards who pounced on Lewis so quickly (they never work this fast when it concerns FIArrari i.e. Massa at Valencia) appears to be made up of questionable people and as expected and debated by many, didn't even bat an eyelid when Kimi overtook under a yellow flag . Also, they may have made an error of fact when trying to justify the crappy penalty with their rules. Anthony Hamilton , has rightly questioned the FIA"T" for their flip-flop management of F1. For your information, I will from now on refer to the FIA as FIA"T" (in reference to FIAT owning Ferrari) and Ferrari as FIArrari (in reference of Ferrari owning the FIA). F1Insight has made a clear cut case of the FIA"T" being FIArrari's bitch with his clear explanation backed up with video and stills evidence. Please read it and think for yourself. It's so obvious that many people already saw and knew it the moment it happened but I'm amazed at some of the blind Kimi/FIArrari fans statements on blogs. They are so blind. And please read what Grandprix.com has to say about it too as according to them F1's credibility has been reduced to that of wrestling.

I read this article written by DoctorVe e and wholeheartedly agree with him. I think 80% of F1 fans would agree. C'mon, we want to see and enjoy the race not get fucked in the face after having enjoyed the best race of the season. To tell you the truth, the Belgian GP was by far the best race of the season. I watched it alone and still enjoyed it. This morning after reading the news of the penalty, it just spoils the race. Now I don't really feel like watching the repeat. I had wanted to watch the race again last night. Vee's suggestion for the setting up of a website or wiki to track the crappy decisions by the FIA"T" stewards is a good one. From there we can see for ourselves how crooked and biased the FIA"T" are towards FIArrari. Please, if you are a race fan or have a righteous attitude support this effort and make your opinion known on as many race sites as possible.

What did I tell you? Didn't I made a point about it and also about a billion other fans of F1 also had a feeling or knew in their hearts that the FIA is Ferrari's bitch. It's so obvious, even a blind man can see. It would seem that the race stewards, moderated i.e. controlled by Max Mosley's right hand man, Allan Donelly, has done their job of trying to slow down Lewis/McLaren this season and promoting Massa/Ferrari. Lewis has been given a 25s penalty and dropped to third, thereby promoting Massa to the win and cutting Lewis' lead to only 2 points. McLaren are set to appeal the decision, which would have to be decided at the WSMC meeting sometime later. Not only is this disgusting, looking at the behaviour of the FIA in how they handle races but it's a clear case of Ferrari support. They can't even explain properly why they have penalized Lewis in such a way, they only spurt out the rules stating the offense. After this if anybody wants to argue that the...

After the monotony of Valencia, what a race at Spa . Not only is the track great, the race it produced was even better. There was tons of overtaking and the final 4 laps was the best few laps of any race so far. Too bad Kovalainnen didn't have much luck this race as he started poorly and continued to make mistakes throughout the race culminating in a drive through penalty and not finishing the race on the last lap, though classified 10th. Lewis' overtaking manouver on Raikonnen at the Bus-Stop corner where Kimi almost pushed Lewis off the track is under investigation by the stewards. Incredible when it comes to McLaren, how fast the stewards work but when it comes to Ferrari (Valencia race) they seem to lose their rulebook. If they do anything to change the result of this race in favour of Ferrari, then it's confirmed that FIA is Ferrari International Asistance. We all know what the FIA stands for - Ferrari International Assistance. Well, most of us do at least. The rest are in denial, those folks with red shirts. Anyway, I've had a long held belief that the FIA and Ferrari are in cahoots with so many examples of favoritism being showed Ferrari's way by the FIA. I mean, where else can you have a F1 team principal who is (or was) also a member of the highest council in the FIA at the same time. And this person was part of the decision making process in the McLaren spygate scandal in 2007. The person in question is Jean Todt, of course. Anyway, for those of you who still don't believe it, here 's another story that adds to the numerous instances of the FIA favoring Ferrari.
